RETURN POLICY:

Thank you for shopping at Premier Kicks. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in the condition you received them in with the original box and/or packaging. If merchandise is not return in its original box, or the box is taped and used to return the merchandise, the item will not be accepted. Defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned if it’s unworn.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item purchased, please contact our Customer Service Department. They will check the availability of the replacement item you are requesting and further explain the steps needed to make the exchange.

SHIPPING
To ensure your return or exchange is properly processed, please print and fill out the following RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and include it with your shipment.

Please note that Premier Kicks is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges UNLESS AN ITEM IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE or IF premierkicks.com SENT YOU THE WRONG ITEM.

PROCESSING
We will process your return/exchange within 8-10 business days after it is received in our warehouse. Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles.

You can check the status of your return or exchange from your online portal, we will also send you an email from us to confirm the processing of your return or exchange.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please contact as soon as possible for assistance. All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee.

CHANGES
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any major changes to the order, however, we will try our best to accommodate last-minute edits to the shipping address. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as possible. Normally, we cannot make changes to your order once it has been processed and shipped.
